I just remembered that I have a blog that hasn’t seen new entries in
months! Why didn't anyone remind me? Actually, I don't want to know that cause it probably means no one reads it or cares hahaha...ohhhh.
Where
do we begin our catch up? Hmm, well how about with my goal to see more
shows? Ok sure! I’ve started my show
watching with a couple of concerts and live theatre: Tegan &Sara with FUN, Other Desert Cities, TOSCA, Paramore and
most recently Bear Mountain with The
Belle Game. I’m seriously enjoying this and can’t wait for the rest to
come! Next up is Mary Poppins. I CAN’T
WAIT! It’s so exciting to be able to see one of the classics on stage, I
remember seeing The Sound of Music a
few years back and it brought me back to when I first watched the movie as a
young kid and just loving it (not really seeing the whole Nazi plot at the time.)
I’m even keeping all the stubs to make
memory book of them, it’s something I love so much, so why not keep track? I’ll
always tell you what I see in case you decide you want to check something out,
if not, you can skip the “shows paragraph” moving forward.
Next
up, my bike…
Now,
onto fun things in Vancouver! Last one I commented on was PRIDE and that was 3
months ago, geez, sorry for those that like reading what I write. I haven’t
really attended anything else but I will be hitting up the Christmas Market
that is held downtown every year and I’m super excited about that because it’s
almost time to openly talk about Christmas!!!! I’ve been holding back because I
know not everyone loves it like I do and I don’t want to annoy them ! I’ll make sure to talk about the market once I visit it. Aside from
that, a friend has given me a Twitter account to follow called Super Vancouver;
they tweet about dining, events and such so I’m hoping they will help make my
time off a good one. I have decided on
another stay in town vacation due to not wanting to pay a ridiculous amount to
fly back to Ontario for a visit. I do have one day planned to go visit the
places that get turned into Christmas stores every year which has me crazy!
Sorry, ok, enough of that because I will get to talk about it later on!
If
you have any suggestions on what to do in the area and any shows you’ve seen that
you think I should check out, leave me a comment! Hopefully some of you will do
that haha if not, I’ll be sad and lonely!
Bye
for now my lovely readers!
